"We had never been to this restaurant before and normally don't opt for places that focus on freshness, but we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server was exceptional, which can be hard to come by, and the food was served promptly. Overall, we had no major complaints, but we felt that the omelet could use some improvements – we suggest adding cheese inside the omelet instead of just on top. The hash browns were a bit undercooked compared to what we prefer, but aside from those minor issues, we thought the chef did a great job, even taking the time to generously butter the toast. We would recommend this unique restaurant. In regards to the franchise, thank you for the quick response. Regarding the omelet, we suggest spreading the cheese throughout the omelet filling and then lightly sprinkling a small amount on top for presentation, without overloading it with cheese. With 13 years of experience in the breakfast business, I can say that most people prefer their omelets prepared this way. As for the hash browns, it's not a deal-breaker, but if the chefs adjust the burner settings slightly higher on both sides, they could achieve a better browning effect.
