They never mess up my order, the staff is wonderful and personable. The people complaining are the type of people who ruin the ambiance of the store with their own entitlement and immaturity. "I was here with my husband and year old son, who was excited to pay for dinner with his first paycheck. I didn't complain and that's my fault but so much went wrong and I couldn't take any joy from my son. His face was ear to ear smiles when asking me how good everything was. My main lobster was literally raw. The tail was split and it was sitting in the shell. Only the top was cooked, everything in the shell was gray goo. My husband saw the look on my face and texted me to say something. My spiny lobster was extremely overcooked or just dried out. It smelled so bad, I only ate one bite. My drink, I got the new rum candy drink and if I didn't know better, I'd say the bartender forgot the alcohol. It tasted like a watered down tropical koolaid. Again, my husband said I should say something. The bill was Which is pretty expensive for people but not for steak, lobster and drinks, if they were cooked and mixed correctly. I let my son pay and I covered the rest and tip. I can't imagine going back when I feel like no effort went into our food."

"my favorite Mexican restaurant. the server are great! They know how to keep a smile on the face! eating is great, large portions at a very fair price. we have heard more times when I can count, and that was never done wrong or bad in some way. my man is quite picky, so there is a huge bonus that if he says there is no drill there is no. the homemade salsa and chips that come on the table is very well made, it is a mild salsa. They serve alcoholic drinks as well as a few bottled drinks or well pepsi products. atmosphere is great. family-friendly. Sometimes a Mariachi band plays."

"Their prices have gone up astronomically, but I guess so has everyone else. We ordered togo for Mother's Day what would have been 27.00 the last we ate there, was now 41.00 I ordered 2 meals cheese dip. The menus online anywhere you search are very outdated obviously the wrong price, but I honestly was shocked at just how much the price increase was. Didn't stop me from ordering again. I ordered a Togo order of cheese dip a 16oz salsa with no chips for either it still ended up being 15.00. The food is still good regardless."

"Carlos was absolutely rude and should not be a manager. He served me on a dirt napkin the first drink. I ordered a Mango Margarita. I noticed that Carlos did not even pour 2 oz of tequila in the drink. He free poured for 2 secs. I tasted it and it was watered down. I then asked him what he would reccommend and he was very short and nasty with me. Saying I dont know I like them all just pick already. I asked for him to make another one this one top shelf since it tasted watered down. Carlos then pours Luna Azul Tequila which is not Top Shelf! Carlos then shakes up the drink again without putting fresh ice in a cup. Once again its watered down. Carlos was being very rude and discriminatory towards me and I frequent this location a lot for lunch. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted in my life. Carlos needs to be demoted and another person in place that actually cares about making drinks."
