"On Saturday night, we placed a large order for our work team. We ordered a family-style pizza along with several dinners. The person taking our order had to repeat the details for the pizza, which was supposed to be the largest size they offer. However, when we received our order, the pizza was completely wrong. We had not requested mushrooms, yet they were all over the pizza. Four out of the five people in our group dislike mushrooms. It was challenging to call back and explain the incorrect order. The person struggled to find our ticket and finally realized that the order was different from what I had told them. They instructed me to take a picture, but it was unclear what to do with it. I also mentioned that the person who likes mushrooms had already started eating the pizza without considering the preferences of others. When I sent the picture as instructed, the response was simply "I see." There was no attempt to fix the mistake, even though any effort to correct it would have been preferable to receiving a pizza that most of us did not enjoy. It is unfortunate because we frequently order from this place for our work events. When people in the area ask me for recommendations, I used to suggest this restaurant, but now I cannot do so based on this experience. It is not just because of the incorrect order but also because of the lack of effort to make it right."
