I have ordered delivery from Pucci's twice now, once in 2020 and again this afternoon. Despite the challenges presented by the current virus crisis, the quality of their food is still top-notch and reasonably priced. My group order consisted of a T-bone steak cooked well, a pizza with extra crispy sauce and onions, onion rings, a meatball sandwich, and breaded pork chop dinners. Pucci's did a fantastic job preparing the food, and the delivery was on time and handled by a very friendly individual. Some reviewers have complained about changes in Pucci's restaurants and the food quality, but in my opinion, their food is still top-notch. On Saturday night, we placed a large order for our work team. We ordered a family-style pizza along with several dinners. The person taking our order had to repeat the details for the pizza, which was supposed to be the largest size they offer. However, when we received our order, the pizza was completely wrong. We had not requested mushrooms, yet they were all over the pizza. Four out of the five people in our group dislike mushrooms. It was challenging to call back and explain the incorrect order.
