"This is a lovely little restaurant located in the Brickyard Center. They offer a lunch buffet with 2 vegan entrees, as well as salads, soups, rice, and naan. The menu has a good selection of vegan options, making it easy to choose. We tried the samosas, vegetable curry, and bread pot, all of which were delicious. "I was pleased to find a new Indian restaurant near home so I had to check it out. I perused the menu online and found they had a generous offering of dishes and I made my reservation and headed over. However I readily discarded the menu when they explained the evening's specials. The appetizer of thinly sliced and fried Chinese eggplant with tamarind sauce was a treat. It should have been a hint how how I was to be blown away by the entree. The Frenched(! lamb chops served with a cashew sauce was amazingly divine. The sauce was beautifully balanced with cardamon and the chops had that perfect spot of pink. I unabashedly licked my fingers repeatedly after each half of each double chop had been gnawed clean. Luckily I had garlic naan to help wipe up the remnants from the sauce that lingered on my dinner plate. I couldn't finish the generous portion and I demanded that they get every last drop of the sauce into my take-out carton. The service was attentive without being overbearing, too. Please checkout this place and let them be successful!"

"This place has 5 stars written all over it. We were on a day trip to Half Moon Bay and we wanted to eat in a restaurant with a unique ambience. Being vegetarian our options were limited until we found this restaurant. The ambience is really great if you want to be indulged in Nepali culture. Our host was really friendly and we had a great service despite their shortage in staff. The food felt like it was prepared at home and it was really yummy. We had the Potato cheeseball , Veg pakora , Vegetarian thali Nepali Chai Tea. If you're in the Half Moon Bay area, I would highly recommend checking them out."

"My review is late but I have to give this.This is the worst Indian food I have ever had in my whole life.I got stomach upset after eating their chicken 65 and when I try to call them and ask about the food the management is new I think and the way they behaved is very very rude and kept asking me questions “how do you guarantee the stomach upset that it is because of our food”I don’t have words to describe my feelings the way the manager or the owner behaved.The both owner and the manager kept arguing with me instead of apologizing for the bad food they served.I really don’t understand how can they be in public business when they don’t even have basic common sense on how to talk to the customers.I would say it’s “bekaar ka tadka”This happened few months back but I didn’t get a chance to write a review and I was very very frustrated with the way they behaved when I try to complain about bad food and my ILL health happened after eating their food.I only request people who ever wants to order food their just be careful about their quality of their food."

"Our family went here to celebrate my aunt's birthday a few weeks ago and get my grandma out of the house for one of the few times during the Kovid. First, my family can wait a little hard. Not rude, just strange requests and what not. But our server took care of us very well all the time. One of our family members had a injured leg and had to maintain it. The server immediately got us an additional chair, no questions asked. When we sat down for the first time, there was no music that made it a little stupid. We asked her about putting up music, and she immediately put some wonderful Bollywood music videos on her huge TV. She took the time to take over the order and answer questions. It was a lot, but she treated us all with patience, and she was knowledgeable at the food. The food took a while to get out, but we were a big party, so fair enough. But when it did, everything was excellent. They told us what each court was like, how they brought them out, what was helpful as we share everything. First we thought we didn't order enough because it doesn't look like a lot. But we couldn't finish it all and had to take home with us, and some of us are quite big eaters. We were filled and it was all delicious. At the end of the meal we were asked for Dessert, and we answered that we went back to dessert, but when she saw that it was my aunt's birthday, she brought Gulab Jamun with a raspberry choke, one for each of us. That was really nice of her and an excellent way to pack the meal without too much for our later dessert. I could also say that she treated our grandmother with patience and extra respect, which was very nice to see. I also want to say that the two best bad reviews, one complains about the prices and the fact that they have signs of a buffet that they no longer have. With Kovid, food prices have doubled to many ingredients. Everyone has increased their prices. Look at almost any other restaurant. And as for the buffet, the restaurant would probably like to return if Covid ever allowed it again. It's a pretty lame move to write a bad evaluation in a place during the Kovid, especially when the things you complain are because of Kovid. Quality of food and service was not even mentioned. The other bad review says they don't even go because they don't like the reactions of restaurants. Well, they lack because this place was excellent, and we received a great service. Good enough if you want to read reviews and not go, but don't leave a bad review for a place you never tried. It's just stupid. Thanks for the great night, Monsun. It meant a lot to us because we don't get all together anymore. Go on what you do!"

"The food at this restaurant is excellent. My wife and I, both vegetarians, frequently visit this place. The only drawback is that the service can be slow at times. There have been occasions where we have had to wait longer than expected for our food when dining in. Additionally, when ordering take-out, there have been instances where the food was not ready on time. Once, I arrived to pick up my order and they processed my payment before informing me that the food wasn't ready, resulting in a long wait of over an hour. If ordering take-out, it is advisable not to pay until you have received your food."

"The appetizer chicken pokoros is basically fried chicken chunks that tastes like tandoori chicken. It was good, just a little dry. "This Indian restaurant has quickly become my favorite in the area. While I still enjoy some dishes at other places (particularly the veggie pakora and naan), the overall quality at this place surpasses the competition. The chicken entrees I've tried have been exceptional, and the chicken appetizer with onions and peppers was particularly impressive. I can't speak to the service or atmosphere, as most of my visits have been for take-out, but the staff appears friendly and the space is well-maintained. "The restaurant provided excellent customer service and the food was incredibly delicious. My mom, who cannot eat spicy food, enjoyed the perfectly prepared Afghani chicken kebab. The mango lemonade was both refreshing and tasty. I tried the Kashmiri malai kofta, which was one of the best I've ever had. My sister ordered the pav bhaji, which tasted just like the street food in India. The lamb was cooked perfectly and had the right amount of spice for my husband's liking. Overall, our first experience at this restaurant was fantastic, from the atmosphere to the food. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning in the future."
