"The combination of food in this restaurant was so weird and probably the worst. they served us chicken pakora with mango puree, who even eats chicken with mango puree? we would have understood if it was the traditional mango pickle but it was literally mango puree. And about the biryani, it was the worst biryani i have ever had. the biryani was soggy, and it looked like as if they mixed some gravy with steamed rice and served us and there was no sign of caramelised onion. My 14 years old niece can cook better biryani than i ate in this restaurant."

"that used to be my favorite Indian restaurant, I've been taken out for 5 years and eating. Unfortunately, the quality has fallen sharply in the last two years. the quality and execution of the dishes are very incompatible and have left themselves until where I want to get Indian food, I have to go somewhere else, even if I live in tremont. it is only too incompatible for the price and it is no longer worth it. really sad."

"The ambience of this restaurant was very nice. The food was very bad. We ordered biryani and it tasted so pathetic. The quantity of food served for the price is also less. We tried plenty of dishes and nothing met expectations. Other than ambience, nothing was great. Bread items (roti, naan) were good. I would definitely not recommend this place. When we gave feedback to the employee, he wasn't even paying attention and not willing to accept it. Instead he was focused on attending to other customers."

"Everything that we ordered was amazing. The garlic shrimp appetizer was the perfect portion of 4 giant shrimp. Then the butter chicken and chicken tikka masala were both mild and super flavorful. The cheese naan and garlic naan has a slight crispness that we didn't know was missing from naan that we've eaten elsewhere, but now cannot love without! Really glad we decided to eat here."

"Definitely will not return here. The food is very average. Barely any flavor and poorly made. Little value for money. The service is deplorable. There is no one managing the crowd waiting to be served, nor does it seem that there is a method by which they seat persons. It took forever for a server to show up and when she did, she was rude, did not appear to be interested in answering questions and essentially rushed us. I ordered a Coke , which came hot and when I asked for ice, she indicated that they were not serving ice right now . So I drank a hot coke with a tasteless meal."

"Had the best Indian food experience in recent times . The BAHUBALI (Mandi) thali is a go to for a group of Big time foodies ?. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. I’d definately recommend everyone to give this a shot !!"

"I was in this restaurant several times, but, always for get to click food pictures and check them. the best place to dinate with family or friends. one of the best places for Mediterranean cuisine. the ambiente is good. the best is that they get unlimited chai when they order one and its so good. ordered appetizer mazza, main course naan, roti with shimla wiper, paneer karahi gosht and dal fry. mazza was so delicious and was so nutritious. it had falafel-hummus-salad taste. naan and roti quantity is much too much so when they go in a group, they can share it. Shimla distributor was pretty sweet in taste and I didn't have fun as I like a little spicy in my food and I totally forget to mention when I placed my order. paneel karahi gosht was medium spicy and dal fry was thick in consistency and asked her to make it spicy. the gravur comes with pure Basmati rice. finally mango leti and chai."

"The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The chef is skilled and I've never had a disappointing meal here. Unfortunately, the lack of ambiance can be attributed to the small number of diners. During my last visit, no one checked on us after serving the main dishes, which is a service issue that should be addressed, especially given the low number of customers."

"I tried their weekend buffet today and it was terrible. I would suggest not to waste your money on the buffet instead you can order the food and try if you like at least that. I hope they will add more items with better taste in the buffet for the price they are charging (18.99).Note: I can cook better spinach dhal than what I had here."

"Great menu selection of curry and related food. Happy Hour menu included food, bevereges, and even pizza. Fast, friendly service and food was excellent. There was a TV going in the bar area, but it did not bother me."

"Honestly this place gave me hope of authentic flavors but left me so disappointed. The lady working on the cash obviously did not want to be there although she was respectful. As far as the food, the curry chicken we ordered was the biggest disappointment. The flavor was far too light and bland. I could not tell this was a curry if I was eating it blindfolded. We also ordered the fried momos in chicken which didn’t taste any better. My wife had a terrible reaction to the food for some reason as well."

"Went for lunch on a Saturday. It was empty for a while at noon when they open , then more people arrived later. The server Bupesh (sp? was phenomenal. He took great care of us. He was also the bartender LOL. We truly enjoyed the cocktails! Mixologist level for sure. As for the food.. blown away!! Probably the most delicious Nepalese we've ever had. Kale chaat was so good. Pork momos so yum. Spicy cauliflower was divine. For mains, the shrimp and salmon biryani was delicious. The okra, bhindi masala, was really good. We were pleasantly surprised by everything. We walk by this location in the Mission all the time! Glad we finally gave it a try. We are definitely going back!! Winner."

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It was so bad that I had to be in the parking lot late at night. The Paneer Tikka Kabab was burned and dry, like a rock. The chef claimed that no one had ever complained about it before. They also didn't have any chutney, but instead gave me yogurt to go with it. The vegetable biryani had three large pieces of potatoes, which were only partially seasoned and lacked flavor. The chef said he had run out of salan. He had no regrets and shamelessly told me that I was expecting too much at that late hour. I should have paid attention to their low 2.3 star rating and avoided stopping by. It's no wonder I haven't been back in 27 years in the South Bay area. The best alternative would be to drive to Taco Bell instead. If you arrive a bit earlier, I recommend trying their biryanis."
