"Avoid this dunkins at all cost during peak hours. It's the most poorly layed out dunkins in New England. The drive thru blocks getting in and out. There are only like 6 parking spots. It's just awful! Only come at 5am or 5pm. Service is OK. Food isaverage. Stay away if you value your sanity with a poorly designed parking lot"

"Not bad. For the most part I've had good experiences here however it says on here that they close at 10pm, so I placed an order online for pickup at around 9:15pm. When I went to pick it up saw they were closed. When I went back in the morning to show my receipt and the time I ordered as well as the time it says they close on here they refused to give me my order nor a refund. Please update store hours. Besides that debacle they have been great."

"Stop giving these people your hard earned money! On multiple occasions this location has messed up my orders! One time I ordered snackin? bacon and they literally served it to me cold and raw! Another time I ordered hash browns and they were entirelyburnt!! And this finally time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant toasted and a caramel iced coffee. My Iced wasn?t lightenough so I asked the guy in the window to add my cream and he literally turned my entire drink white!! So at this point I goinside to speak to a manager which they told me there wasn?t one when I first entered the store! My croissant was not toasted aswell so I asked the manager to toast it for me and she literally burnt it to the point it was actually black all around exceptfor the middle. Never coming back here again just to get treated poorly, served unqualified food, and waste my money that I workfor!"

"Don't expect any customer service at all. The atmosphere is very transactional — it's more like "What do you want? That'll be five dollars." The staff showed no personality whatsoever. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order. They completely wiped the smile off my face! I walked out feeling really down. What a disappointment for a Dunkin' visit. You all should consider at least giving a smile to your guests to bring some life into their experience. This visit really left me feeling sad."

"This Dunkin' is pretty good! It gets *crazy* busy sometimes, so I always order ahead. They do a pretty good job of making sure mobile orders are ready on time. My only complaint is that your mobile order will be all ready to go but it'll be sitting behindthe counter where you can't reach it. I don't get why they don't put finished mobile orders on the mobile order rack. I'vewaited 10+ minutes for my stuff and it was sitting behind the mobile order rack the entire time. ????"

"I visited this restaurant during lunch hour, which I thought was a bad idea at first. To my surprise, I was able to get in and out quickly, in about 8 to 10 minutes. Even though I was picky and asked for fresh food, I still only had to wait for the same amount of time. This was during a busy lunch rush, and the lady at the register was in training, but she provided excellent service."

"I ordered an iced coffee and a chocolate glazed donut since they had run out of regular glazed donuts. I give this place 5 stars because the young lady who helped me was very polite and kindly reminded me that I was about to leave without my donut. The iced coffee was exactly what I needed and was made perfectly. The store and parking lot were also clean."
