"Don't expect any customer service at all. The atmosphere is very transactional — it's more like "What do you want? That'll be five dollars." The staff showed no personality whatsoever. I genuinely felt like I was bothering them just by placing my order. They completely wiped the smile off my face! I walked out feeling really down. What a disappointment for a Dunkin' visit. You all should consider at least giving a smile to your guests to bring some life into their experience. This visit really left me feeling sad."

Haven't had this in awhile but in the mood. Everything was clean, fresh and tasty. Had a chocolate chip muffin and a creme donut for someone else. Then they threw in about 4 extra donuts for free. Didn't expect that because we just got 2 things. The guy behind the counter was really nice and fast.

They really need to restock their items. Today, we went to pick up some doughnuts and noticed that the selection is only about half of what it used to be, and it wasn't very large to begin with. It's understandable that they have removed the word "doughnut" from their branding since they hardly offer any doughnuts anymore. It's a bit disappointing—remember when there were over 40 different varieties and now there are only around 12?
