"My son and I made reservations in Tavern as the menu looked wonderful and I liked this place since its opening. But showed up, Hostess was confusedly sent us up (which was good and where we wanted to sit). After about 5 minutes standing, the server comes to ask if you need something yes, our table. Finally, the server that was rude was sitting. After our order, and perhaps 15 minutes later, she returns to tell us that 1 of the 2 appetizer options (Lamb Meatballs) were not available so that they could do regular meat balls. disappoint, but good. Go to wait another 15 minutes to say their return, the 2. Appetizer was not available, but they could give us nachos. No, thanks. Tell us they'd give us a double serving of meatballs. After waiting for an hour with not one meatball, the server said to cancel our order. Bartender runs outside the shrine, you paid your tab. We've never been serving drinks. After he came to me to almost grab my arm, I returned to pay for the mimosa (i.e. ABI) and accused for 2 expresso martinis my son had only 1. After giving this tab, he reacted with now you are free to leave. Unfortunately, when I'm a fan of this place, but will never return. Incredibly insulting."
