"My friend and I tried out Rai Rai Ken after having it on our list for a while! It was delicious the takoyaki was great, the curry was great, the ramen was great! My friend and I split both dishes and we were super full after! Overall a super solid place for Japanese food. 4 stars because everything was solid nothing blew me out of the water per se. The vibe inside is super cute and staff is great!"

"This is such a good izakaya! I am pretty suspect of izakayas in America but this one actually slaps. Everything we ordered came out very quickly in small sharing portions. It was packed and buzzing with energy which made it more authentic feeling. We sat at the bar and they handed us our food on a super long peel which is something I've only seen done in Japan!Loved the sashimi and the special shima aji (striped jack) sashimi which was sooo good we kept ordering more. The skewers were good but I liked the ones at secret fort more, but I 10000% like this place more than secret fort because the service is quick and your food comes out fast whereas secret fort takes way too long. It shouldn't take an hour for 8 skewers to come out."

"Beautiful presentation of the modanyaki and wonderful flavors from the protein. BEWARE OF THE AMOUNT OF MAYO. The two dishes we ordered did NOT list mayo as an ingredient. While it's a common ingredient in this type of dish, we didn't think to call it out to the waiter because the other modanyakis in the menu DID have mayo listed. Not a fan of mayo personally, so this ruined the experience quite a bit for me. I hope to come back some time to try it without."

"Used to love curry-ya. Since the covid, think the place called “curry-ya” has gone. So sad. It was totally different taste and quality. They have to improve their curry and hamburger steak if they want old curry-ya customers to come to their place. The waitress was so kind. That’s why I gave this place two stars.Food: 1/5"
