"I?d give zero stars if available picked up a special for two 11.99, 5 pieces, two sides the chicken legs were the size of lizard legs a child would not get enough the other pieces, a wing that probably belonged to a hummingbird, one breast that probably belonged to a small dove. Shame on us, we knew better to eat out, most restaurants are serving way smaller sizes with higher prices. Don?t waste your money! Bawk, bawk!"

"Service was excellent and executed with a smile, the chicken at this location was above average, with popeye 's average being very good! This was as close to perfect as we could get.... the chicken was perfectly cooked and remained warm, soft, and juicy for every bite. the Breading had an extra airy sense if lightness to every crispy bite and the biscuit had a wonderfully crisp base and top that was a pure delight! great job team.... the only 'complaint ' if I could eben call it that, is why does her 3 pc strips only...come with a biscuit (that i luckily got to share) and my 8 pc nuggets doesnt???? HMMMMM the only thing that could have made this experience better (other than another biscuit) would have been being able to eat in the restaurant rather than my car.... KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!"

"Mediocre service with a mediocre staff who does not care one bit about the job they're doing. They have posted opening times but when you go in there they tell you they're not prepared yet. Either they're lying, racist or need to be fired for their poor non-existent job skills. "Red-Beans and Rice is the draw for me. My wife loves the mashed potatoes and Cajan gravy. We typically order the regular fried chicken, but I also delight in the sausage dish that I can't spell. These items are so tasty that we haven't strayed into other columns of their menu. Who can neglect the warm, buttered biscuits that come with each combo meal? I am always pleased with the service, whose attention and speed are only exceeded by their friendly and cheerful attitudes. Seniors ask for their discount and they are happy to oblige. Try not to spill the crumbs from your biscuit in your lap on the way home! Louisiana's best came West."

"one word. GHETTO. always unprofessional one day i waited in drive thru line for a good 15 minutes and when i got to the window they said they were closed... it was 10:15 they close at 11 on google. (There were 9 cars ahead of me that were all told the same after we all waited) Went back the next day at 4pm.Was told it's going to be a minute bc the 4pm worker wasn't there yet. meanwhile the cashier who informed us was clocking out with multiple people in line and didn't want to wait for their relief. Then today (8/15/22) we go in stand in line and wait with multiple people in front of me just to be told it's drive though only. (again after waiting for 5 min). Where the manager, district manager, or even regional manager they need to be trained better and held accountable."

The service was not impressive and it was mentioned that the restaurant does not offer the same promotions as the San Antonio location. "After I ordered my food and came home, I didn't get any cookies with my food and they had none of the things that were on the other menus like the $6 deal or even 2 can dine for 8.99 I spent $16.75 for hardly anything I never go back there. there was no 10 for 10 and I saw the commercial for the $6 dinner in which they got 2 sides and a cookie and I didn't even get a cookie and got only one side for $8.99 incredible what a tear I tried to call the place, but of course nobody answered!"

"We order an 8-piece dinner with frits and red beans and rice. I decided to go inside because of the long drive thru line. After I had ordered them to make my bag and put it on the side. After 20 minutes they checked the bag and gave it to another customer who complained about the waiting period. He left about 5 minutes and then came back to say that it was the wrong order, and the lady then admitted that it was our order and then took it another 20 minutes to fulfill our order. I spent 50 minutes on a chicken dinner stupid me once, but I'll never go there again. Popeyes has good food, but it's never worth it."

"Overall, pretty amazing people work there. Delivered to the hospital for a friend who visited a patient in Kingwood who doesn't like the hospital. Adults care for teenagers. The personnel problems look like. They do a pretty good job (food has been done everything right, including cookies and pages, order was right, but companies need to repair the communication system on the drive by (candibly audible and the manager must show the children how to mix the frozen lemonade. It was much too sweet to syrup and not frozen. I had to get it back and get another one. You were super nice. I guess they often run from chickens or other foods? I had to take all dark meat (not a huge problem, and by the love of transport / driver systemic problem in Merica now understand. When traveling through, in fact they even have (or had an apologetic sign about deliveries that run low. Sorry, no pictures."

"This visit was awful!!!!, management was rude, short patient, and full of attitude. I ordered a 4pcs white combo with an extra side while preparing my order I noticed I was given dark meat, I brought the situation to attention and it turned bad for me at that point. The attitude and abuse started, for a 4pcs with extra side I was charged $15.88 and was not given a receipt. Before leaving I thanked the individual for the service, but got no response. After getting home I was very disappointed and upset so I decided to give the store a call and let someone know how I was mistreated, over charged, unsatisfied with the service I received. I only got a voicemail which I left a message twice!!! So I waiting to hear from someone today. I truly hope no one receive the same customers service I experienced, it was business damaging. P.S. The food was pleasing"

"Food tasted great got the blackened chicken and already craving it. Also got the Mac n cheese so delicious! Service was average speed and what you would expect, a bit slow, but they were busy. They were out of the dessert I wanted, but it was late at night and I'm assuming they are made on site and had sold out. Overall a much better experience than the one in the falls. I wish there was a Popeyes in North Canton, Canton or even Dover. I marked one star off because the neighborhood was a bit sketchy... but then most Popeyes I have been to are in sketchy areas...."

"I don't eat at Popeyes often. I went here for lunch and tried the new shrimp and chicken tender combo meal with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. I actually wasn't impressed with the chicken, but the shrimp was great! I never would have imagined liking shrimp more than chicken at Popeyes! If you are on the fence, then go ahead and try the shrimp or fish. It was really good. I love the mashed potatoes and gravy there also. I don't normally eat gravy, but Popeyes is amazing!"
