"cashier didn't know how to speak english and was going to ring me up for some other order. I then notice how she was getting stressed out, and rude.Eventually I received my order of a 4pc combo, and sat down, but as I was about to eat it, I notice it wasn't as I ordered it. I realized she(cashier) really didn't understand English. Plus they gave me a burnt dry chicken breast with skin torn off of it.When I returned it the cashier began to give me a rude look begin to tell her manager that something is wrong with me, by shrugging her shoulders and giving her manager a facial look like saying: I don't know what's his problem. But the cashier could have known what was wrong in the beginning, because I said: no, not that order, this one. I just couldn't understand why this place didn't have an excellent English/ spanish speaking person working at the cashier.I mean this Mexican lady made her boss think thatI was some bad guy. I was like thinking,...what's going on here,... unbelievable. I thought to myself, well if the managers Mexican too, she has to know English. I was glad that she did.So the manager changed my order, I finally thought I was going to enjoy my meal at last, until I sipped into my lemonade, which surprised me, because I thought it was going to taste very good. But It it didn't it turned out that it didn't even taste nor looked like lemonade, it tasted more like water and looked more like a light water then lemonade.I went back again to the cashier then told the female manager about my drink, and showed how it looked. She then responded by telling me the lemonade is ok, it's your taste buds. I said: know its not look at it carefully, or serve yourself some from the machine taste it yourself. But she gave me a rude look while before testing it and after testing it.Then she said again: the lemonade is fine. I said again: know it's not just look at it. So she did that's when she decided to say to me:you can change it, if you want or I'll change it for you(I notice how the manager couldn't speak English well too, but we both managed to communicate well). Now as she offerred me this, she also offerred a mean look too.I just ignored her bad silent behavior and thanked her in my mind went back to enjoy my meal.I just cannot believe that if you don't speak Spanish here the service can probably be really bad for you, because of the lies one might make about you to other employees. It's like the customer can't be right here.I realizing, that some restaurants, like this one, can make a customer look as if there the one with the problem when there not.All this bad behavior from the manager and her Spanish speaking cashier friend was because I couldn't speak Spanish well there. There was this unkind vibe I felt from them.At the end of all this, I felt that this KFC manager shouldn't be giving bad looks to customers over a assumption that wasn't true by her Spanish speaking cashier friend. It's just not professional, because a manger should always be kind during and after any investigation first. I think KFC should teach this manager to be kind to there customers and not judge them for not being able to speak fluent Spanish well. I did come from seeing an orthopedic Dr., while in pain. I came here to enjoy a good meal here and forget about my pain, but for some reason I got treated with disrespect here. It was like getting hit again with another unexpected hurtful emotion. Unbelievable. But I can forgive because I am a forgiving person.2:50pm-3:15p on 6/16/2019"
