"I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday. We went for lunch. Since I'd made reservations, they gave her a cute birthday card. We sat outside. Unfortunately, the sun started making me sick so I didn't eat my meal. I had a salad with the fish sandwich and fries. The sandwich was just OK. My daughter had salmon with a side of asparagus. Her salmon was tasty. The asparagus was over cooked. My server was excellent. She didn't know a cherry coke could be made with grenadine and coke. It was her first time and she said she'll definitely make them again. Would I go back... not sure yet. Maybe in a couple of years because I do think they are better restaurants in VA on the water."

"Our flight was delayed, so I called the restaurant to ask if they could keep our table. The hostess was so friendly that it wasn't a problem. We arrived 15 minutes too late for our 6:15 reservations were greeted by a friendly Valet who wished us an evil time. This historic place is located on a beautiful quay. We enjoyed a delicious dinner right away. I noticed at 7 a.m. the place was filled at capacity, the service was somewhat slower, but our experience overall was excellent. Recommend the oysters, Clam Chowder Hummer!"

"My husband and I had a dinner date for my birthday. We had an awesome time. We had great views and a complementary piece of cake with a lit candle. J.P our waiter and my hubby sang me happy birthday but best of all, our menu was personalized with a birthday shot out that we got to take home with us. We will be back again. Staff was really nice and food was great!!!!"

"Our server was very slow and not attentive, we sat at the table for 25 minutes with only waters waiting for bread and to place our order. My clam chowder came out cold I was served raw oysters with no lemons and had to wait 8 minutes to eat my food since my server was no where to be found when the oysters came out. It was very dark in the restaurant where I was sitting almost a little to dark. The salmon on RW was to die for. My main complaint is the service I received. It was not busy so it really was no reason for the poor service. I spoke with the manager and she was very friendly and helpful. I would only come back for that salmon."
