J.P our waiter and my hubby sang me happy birthday but best of all, our menu was personalized with a birthday shot out that we got to take home with us. We will be back again. The Chart House in Portland, Oregon is amazing. I had the rib-eye steak and asparagus. My dinner was cooked to perfection. Our view was incredible and our waiter was a pure delight. I will be back!
