"The restaurant is a little gem with a very elegant and at the same time cozy atmosphere. The service is outstanding, especially a young man that I think is the manager. The cocktails are very good, and the wine list really very long and varied. The food is good and tasty, especially the mango sorbetto. I'm planning on going back to try other specialties."

"My family ate dinner here on Christmas Eve while I visited Boston and it was fantastic. My son and I love Italian food and are happy that we eat in a beautiful Italian restaurant. This place was not disappointed. The food was fantastic. The waitress suggested a nice cheap bottle of wine that was great. We sat in the lower level of the building, which seemed like a small cellar, but the ambience was still fantastic. Each table was booked and the whole food went out looked amazing. We didn't get it, but I recommend trying the pasta dish that comes out and into a wheel of cheese (parmesan maybe). They mix the pasta while scratching fresh cheese from the wheel into it. It looked fantastic. I had the Pesto Pasta and it was delicious. Would return to this restaurant when we get back to Boston."

"The staff was very friendly, and made a good effort to get a seated reasonably on time for a show that evening. We ordered an appetizer , grilled octopus, which was tasty, not amazing because it was chopped w lots of filler . Unfortunately both dinner entrees were mediocre. My stuffed lobster tail was tiny with 1 tablespoon of stuffing. The lobster was undercooked. my husband’s veal was slightly over cooked. My vegetables were hard and undercooked. the linguine was done well. Disappointing."

"Let's start with saying that the food is really good. We had assorted bruschetta, house made pasta and house made desserts, all very enjoyable. Seating is very cramped and I was pushed every time someone walked behind me. Service was disappointing. For some reason, we were not allowed to order our appetizers until we were ready to order the entire meal, or at least that's what we understood from the server's incomprehensible explanation. Also she hardly ever checked back on us, we had to actively look for her if we needed anything. I also noticed several times that the various servers did not seem to be able to keep track of orders properly, i.e. bringing items to the wrong table or bringing a duplicate order to the same table and then taking it back. It's hard for me to decide whether I will go back."

"Laura took me to her favorite restaurant tonight, La Villetta in Boca Raton. Despite living in South Florida for years, I had never been before. I was missing out! It was absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Sal, the owner. He was incredibly hospitable and set the tone for the entire evening. We started off at the bar with April, a legendary bartender who can craft any drink you desire. The food was exceptional. Our server, Daniel, recommended some fantastic dishes. The fresh octopus as an appetizer was delicious. For our main course, we had the special Sausage and Pepper and linguine with white/red clam sauce (which they kindly split for us). If you love Italian food, this place is a must-visit. We ended the meal with pistachio ice cream in a chocolate shell, along with a homemade cannoli. Don't miss out on this special restaurant. "We used to always go to Vic and Angelos when we were in town and was pleasantly surprised to have a better Italian restaurant in its place. The pizzas are amazing. The veal chop Milanese was one of the best I’ve had. My wife had the eggplant parm which was also very tasty. Sat outside on a beautiful evening and the server was great. "This was our first visit to Oscar's and it won't be our last. We went on a Thursday evening during restaurant week. It was not crowded and thus the noise level was really low (always a plus). The service staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. The food was wonderful. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu: pappardalle with shrimp and lobster as the main course, a seafood empanada and scallops wrapped in prosciutto as appetizers and tiramisu and cannoli for dessert.
