"This was our first visit to Oscar's and it won't be our last. We went on a Thursday evening during restaurant week. It was not crowded and thus the noise level was really low (always a plus). The service staff was incredibly attentive, friendly and professional. The food was wonderful. We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu: pappardalle with shrimp and lobster as the main course, a seafood empanada and scallops wrapped in prosciutto as appetizers and tiramisu and cannoli for dessert. All excellent choices."
