"Great place for a group dinner! We celebrated here with a large group dinner the Bachelorette weekend of a friend. We booked the Caboose room that was perfect. Our waiter gage was fantastic as the rest of the staff! They were very friendly and helpful in taking up our food allergies (we had milk, gluten and vegetarian requirements within the group). We're coming back!"

"EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED! I have been going to this Tony Roma's for several years and I have NEVER had the experience I had this past week. (Fri 02/16/18). I have had bad service before but never bad food. This time the service AND the food was poor. Our waiter did not come back to refill our drinks even when we asked. They were busy, we thought he forgot so we flagged him down and asked again. Never came back to table after he took our order until he brought the check. He didn't even bring our food out. One of us ordered Prime Rib, med-well....it was barely brown on the outside and inside was raw. I ordered steak medallions, med-well, and ribs. Steak was raw and tasted as if it was bad. Another got the Nolieta Panini and they didn't have the sauce on it and it was cold enough that the cheese had started to harden. The baked potatoes were WAY over done to the point that the skin was hard and crusty and the inside was practically petrified. It was all barely luke warm and the potatoes were so cooled that the butter did not even melt on them. They took the prime rib back to reheat it and it came out almost like it was when they took it. My steak medallions were never addressed, nor were the potatoes. She just stated she was sorry. Apparently not sorry enough to do anything about it. You definitely need a cook or cooks in there that know what they are doing because what you have now is ridiculous. That food should never have been served in that condition. Needless to say, it will be a LONG time before we ever come back there IF we ever do. We also noticed that another table had made some complaints about their meal however I do not know about what. If you don't address these issues, you will be going under and it won't take very long. VERY DISAPOINTED."

"This was our first time visiting this restaurant. Some things I enjoyed were the excellent service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the decent food. However, there were a few things that I didn't like. Our reservation was difficult to locate, the parking situation was poor, and the warm bread loaf that was supposed to be complimentary was actually $5 and not worth it. I found the portion sizes to be small for the price. The staff seemed inconsistent and lacking professionalism, which was surprising to me given my background in the restaurant industry. There was no birthday party atmosphere and no complimentary birthday dessert, which is common in most places. Additionally, there were rowdy casino goers to beware of."

"The woman and the kids took lunch yesterday. We came to a packed house at 1230. We sat at the last table and the waitress greeted us and took our drink order. Children ordered root beer and chocolate milk. The chocolate milk was very chocolate, which was great. Wife and I had ginger ale served in a cool mason glass. Our waitress returned some moments later with our beverage order and took our food order. The guys ordered both Cheeseburgers. I ordered the fish and chips and the woman had the BLT packaging. The time to get our food was average when considering what we ordered and how busy the restaurant was. It was worth waiting. My fish share was huge. The fish was beautiful and crispy on the outside and moist and flocky on the inside. It was accompanied by a nice help from seasoned Curleyries and a beautiful homemade Coleslaw that was beautifully dressed with just a touch of Viniger that I thought was perfect. The boys had ordered cheeseburgers. The burgers were hand-shaped and very large, probably one inch thick and completely covered the bungalow. They were ordered, boiled medium, and the chef has tasted it. The burgers also came with a nice help from handcuffs. The BLT turkey pack of the woman was very fresh and had again a huge amount of turkey. It came with chips and a pimple. Everything about our lunch was really great. If you are looking for great food at a reasonable price in Lenox, do not see more than the Old Heritage Tavern."

"Stopped for a quick Sunday brunch. While neither of us thought the brunch choices looked that interesting at the time, we did get a mimosa carafe that was pretty good. The house burger was pretty good, as was the Tavern cheesesteak, although it was a bit dry and could have used some mayo. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the bill was very reasonable. Worth a stop if you’re in the area and hungry."

"The restaurant was essentially empty (didn't even ask for our open table reservation) yet it took 15 minutes for our server to greet us and then another 35 before the food came out. Food was mediocre and the chef refused to serve my date the Mahi tacos that she wanted of off the bar menu since we were sitting in the dining room. We won't be back."

"it is a historical place so that the fact that they can sit there and eat in a sanitary condition is award-winning, it is itself. eating was great the only place they get outside a Chinese almost food restaurant cheese steak egg roll. to describe them, I would say omg, then my mouth water?,... last, because I don't detail everything, I am a firm believing salate and tomaten should come on every burger, although no fee!"
