"This restaurant is very bad, and this is me being nice! They never open on time, (sometimes 30-to an hour late) , and both of the bathrooms are always out of order. Anyway, today I was the first customer in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich plain and fries. I waited 10 minutes, until someone even acknowledged I was there. They took like 5 orders in the drive thru, giving them their food, until someone again asked me what my order was, then proceeded to help drive thru again! There was over 7 people working and it was very slow. Mind you, I was the first one in line even before any cars in drive-through ! When they finally gave me my food the lady had an attitude, didn’t acknowledge that I waited over 15 minutes for my food, or even apologize. Very subpar customer service! The sandwich and fries were also cold!Will not be returning."
