"In Portland from out of town to visit family, saw Trattoria Gallo Nero with many good reviews. They comfortably accommodated 17 of us for a great family lunch. Great service, great food (the Carbonara Tartufo was the hit), nice little bar, just great all around. Certainly recommended."
