"Today was our first time ever in Chicago, and at a Hard Rock Cafe. Staff from the moment we entered was friendly, let us know where to find stuff and our Server Dan, was amazing! I got a mini Oreo milkshake (to die for) and my drink was a mango berry drink also (to die for). My wife ordered a country burger which was a little too well done, but outside of that was great. Their fries were amazing. I ordered the chick Mac n cheese pasta, which my first dish came out and there was a hair in it. But Dan and the manager corrected it right away, brought me a new dish and even comped it off our ticket even though I never even asked them too. It was honestly a genuinely great experience and I would highly recommend this location!"
