Unlike many of the local joints in town (read my review of Grand café across the street from Hard Rock, management and staff are trained to provide a standard of service that sets the bar (pun? in any Hard Rock across the country. The staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt. My food was delicious. Skip the two restaurants across the street grand café and Caroline's Even though large chains like Hard Rock may seem a bit generic when you're on vacation you know you'll receive a certain level of service and food quality."
