"I chose SaltAir from the recommendation of some friends of ours who know one of the owners, Charles. It is such a shame that the good food and the great service is overrun by the lack of guest service from one of their hostesses. Our RSVP was early, so I asked a stand because my friend has a bad back. A red-haired girl told us that it was not possible because they were fully booked, but nevertheless the place was somehow empty. I asked if there were somewhere else, they could take us, and she grabbed me and said no and complained that she had already told us. When I talked to a manager, she shook a few keys in my face and said she was the manager. Well, the restaurant and most of his staff are wonderful, why it is sad to close it, but if this is the type of administration they run with, I can see why the place was not able to be successful."
