"I chose SaltAir from the recommendation of some friends of ours who know one of the owners, Charles. It is such a shame that the good food and the great service is overrun by the lack of guest service from one of their hostesses. Our RSVP was early, so I asked a stand because my friend has a bad back. We wanted a pleasant farewell to SaltAir and our last dinner was as perfect as any other great meals there. October 27, 2017 was the last night for SaltAir Seafood Kitchen. Closed. It looks like this wonderful cook and staff have produced a nice culinary experience, but the location is so huge, I don't know who could draw the numbers that it needs to fill this beautiful, oversized restaurant. Some of the staff will go to IBIZA, another great restaurant in this group. I wish they would open a smaller space and do the same great service and menu! Thanks for the good times and fine culinary experiences. Wilson, the Little Gentleman Dog will miss you and your brand of special love and attention.
