"My experience at 2 Spring on Wednesday night was beyond incredible and truly exceeded all expectations! I made a note when making the reservation that we were celebrating a special occasion. I choose 2 Spring as my last restaurant on Long Island before moving to Italy. As soon as we entered the restaurant, all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our night was special! Our server, John, was so attentive to us all night and he is the reason we had such a memorable night! He was funny, warm, and personable. He also recommended great cocktails! The cocktail menu is by far the best on Long Island. The burrata and peach amuse-bouche was off the charts! The hamachi crudo was also excellent, as was the salmon entree. To conclude the evening, John brought me matcha green tea ice cream and put a candle in it! We wanted to stick with the matcha theme since my cocktail had matcha! Overall, this was one of the best and most memorable meals I've had on Long Island. The service was truly impeccable, the food was outstanding, and the ambiance is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! When I return from Italy, I will definitely be back to 2 Spring! Thank you again John for making my last meal on Long Island so special!!!!"
