I'd paid in advance through Expedia, but when we arrived after a long journey with our two young kids, they claimed there were no rooms available. They sent us to another hotel for just one night, insisting we return for the second night at Hyatt because they wouldn't cover both nights.The other hotel wasn't suitable for families, and our night there was far from enjoyable. We had to settle for a disappointing meal from a nearby fast-food joint, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable.I would recommend booking with Marriott or Hilton cross the street for better location and you can find your room ready when you try to check-in."
