"My experience at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk was not a good one. The hotel itself was very nice however, the convention utilizing the hotel was a total disgrace. I noticed “air fresheners” located throughout the hotel lobby and restaurant. I’m allergic and have a chemical sensitivity. I asked my waitress why they had these placed throughout the place and her response was “do to the people attending the Comic con convention and wearing their costumes for multiple days the smells can be very bad”.Well that was an understatement, the amount of people staying in the hotel attending the conference and smelling extremely terrible was awful. The check in lady was very thoughtful giving my daughter a gift bag for her birthday. Our overall experience was great! Grand Hyatt is a nice hotel and we had an amazing view of the Tower of Americas.

We had a perfect experience at Grand Hyatt. Great location to river walk and hemisfair park. Excellent facility and service. We got a room at 23rd floor. Kids love staying in upper room. Highly recommended!

Just stayed here for a convention.This hotel is located in the heart of San Antonio. However, the bed was lumpy, the wifi is spotty, sometimes the TV wouldn't work properly. Nice service staff, no problems there. Just needs an overhaul on basic amenities.Gym is good, and the pool is quaint but nice.Food drinks: Perks cafe in the lobby is pretty good!
