"My husband and I went to Caretta last night to celebrate our honeymoon, and we were blown away! We started with the organic greens salad, which was delightful. The plating was so creative, and the light dressing was perfect. My husband had a watermelon mojito which was also delicious! They had a huge selection of wines as well. For our main course, we each got the 9 oz. Filet with mixed vegetables and fingerling potatoes. The filet was cooked perfectly to my liking and had so much flavor, even without the red wine sauce (which was also delicious). The potatoes were perfectly cooked with a slight crisp. We finished out dinner with the vanilla bean crème brûlée, which was to die for! Overall, I thought the food was great and matched the prices well. Additionally, our server Taz was a pleasure to interact with. He checked in frequently, and even took some pictures of us during sunset. We will definitely be returning if we ever come back to Clearwater!"
