The plating was so creative, and the light dressing was perfect. My husband had a watermelon mojito which was also delicious! They had a huge selection of wines as well. For our main course, we each got the 9 oz. Filet with mixed vegetables and fingerling potatoes. We had the Scallop appetizers and the Surf n Turf Sushi role. Wow! So delicious and we are usually not a sushi person, but we would definitely order it again. The ducks were perfect, I had the grouper with Risotto and my fiancé almost ordered the chicken duck, but Will convinced him to try the Pork Chop and he was very satisfied with the recommendation. Wonderful experience. This place has it all. The location is gorgeous, right on the water. The Sandpearl resort is conveniently located on a corner so it made getting in and out very easy. The staff at the resort were all very kind. Starting with the valet that took my car and let me know that the restaurant could validate my parking so I didn't have to pay. Inside the resort the décor was beautiful and elegant. It definitely was giving off paradise vibes. I wanted a good breakfast with an ocean view and Caretta's definitely delivered.
