"I had a pretty awful experience at this location. I have been at other locations and have experienced much better service. I placed an online order. When I got there the girl at the host stand was rude, never said welcome in or anything. Just told me to go to the bar and pointed in the direction. I went to pick it up and they told me it had already been picked up. I let them know that this order is just for me and my young daughter who cant drive, so I am unsure who would have picked it up. After several moments the staff realized that they gave the order to the wrong person. No one ever apologized for the mix up or said anything that you would expect from a customer service stand point. They told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. I sat down to wait and ended up ordering a beer, because hey, 15 mins is quite some time. After about 5 minutes I got my food. (Which in theory is great, until you get home and realize the reason it was so quick, is because they didn't cook them long enough. The wings were extremely soggy. I also was not looking for a handout, but maybe making a beer complimentary while you wait would have made me less upset about the experience. You should train your staff to own up to mistakes and at the very least apologize to the customer. I also was not given a receipt, as I am assuming it went to the other customer. I do know the bartenders name since it was on my beer receipt. Anyways, I hope you all look at this review and coach your staff on hospitality. I also sent this feedback to the actual email on the website, but no one seems to check it? So I figured maybe this will get someones attention, as I never got a reply there. I will not becoming back to this location, which is unfortunate as its the only one in Austin that is close to me."

"As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the distinct smell of old bar water mixed with a bucket of mop sauce. It was pretty disgusting... and I still sat down. It was the dirty rag being dragged across the counter where my beer was gonna sit where I drew the line. I asked the waitress if the rag was clean. If a patron is asking that, the staff should prolly get an idea that possibly there is some distrust from the patron, like, I dunno, maybe they smell something or, maybe, they saw the hand towel that was used and the dinginess of it. I've been here four times and every time the experiences left a lot to be desired. The first time was just us, a friend and her boys. The food was ok, the drinks were amazing, but the restaurant itself was just poorly maintained. Our wait staff was ok, nothing to complain about but nothing memorable or especially motivating to say we had great service. The second time, the waitress was much more present but again the restaurant had a distinct odor and just had a feeling of ick, like you found the Southside of San Antonio's dungeon and there was moss and algae growing. The worst part was my son getting really sick. I have an iron stomach but my son was out for two days and it wa The last time I came by because the game was on. There's a Planet Fitness in the same shopping center and I'm assuming that ALL the bodybuilders, gymrats, and staff ALL came at the same time and had finished doing a HIIT routine because damn it stank. I looked at my waitress in the eye after asking her if the tag was clean, she looked at me like I had asked her out on a date in sign language. Mouth agape and the eye roll was enough to tell me she didn't really give a damn. I left without a drink, the score, or a goodbye as I couldn't help but wonder how the hell this place stunk so bad. Pro Tip: There's a Subway next door; now look, I'm not one to be casually recommending Subway to folks but if your are desperately hungry and can't bother to drive to Don Pedro's down the street, get this instead. The smell of 6 cheese bread is better than wet socks around the corner."
