"I had a pretty awful experience at this location. I have been at other locations and have experienced much better service. I placed an online order. When I got there the girl at the host stand was rude, never said welcome in or anything. Just told me to go to the bar and pointed in the direction. I went to pick it up and they told me it had already been picked up. I let them know that this order is just for me and my young daughter who cant drive, so I am unsure who would have picked it up. After several moments the staff realized that they gave the order to the wrong person. Food is good, but for some reason, I have been to Austin, New Braunfels and one in San Antonio, and they ALL are short handed.NB is the worse one. This Austin place only had 1 waitress and a bar tender. But She was very good, Fast even though she had the whole restaurant by herself. We didn't wait near as long as we thought we would.she never stopped moving the entire hour we were there. I sure hope she makes what she deserves.

Wing Daddy's is pretty nice. We are here on a Thursday and they had $4 Margaritas and 1.25 riblet specials. I was thinking the riblets may be of low quality, but it was actually really good. It was steaming hot and the honey BBQ was great addition to the riblets. The huckleberry margarita definitely could've used move alcohol though. Tastes like juice. Overall, definitely would go again and probably sit at the bar. Vibes were great. Nice spot to take the fam.

My brother took me here for lunch one weekend. The place was pretty much completely empty. We sat at the bar and the bartended was nice. I got the 20 Bone In Wings $27.98, comes with 2 sauces, I got hot and garlic parmesan. She asked if I wanted ranch but didn't tell me it was extra $0.71. For the price of these wings that should definitely be included or at least told that it is extra. The wings weren't bad but lacking in flavor on both, they were piping hot temperature wise.
