"After reading the reviews I just had to pack up the car and take the family to Phoever for dinner. Luckily one of the reviews mentioned that they actually close at 8 pm even though the web says 9 pm. I called to make sure, and sure enough they close at 8 pm.Between the six of us we ordered pho, bahn mi, and rice plates. Everything was good. I wouldn't rate the food as GREAT; but I was happy with my meal. I didn't know it ahead of time, so I couldn't take advantage of the offer, but they give a ten percent discount to patrons that pay cash. Nice, especially these days when more and more places are going cashless.The restaurant itself was clean and neat. The decor was pretty basic, and there was a television with the food network playing. Overall, it was a good experience. I imagine we'll be back..."
