"This subway could not look so good from outside, but the interior was nicely rebuilt with a lot of seating. I had the best mobile experience on the subway. I ordered through my phone and asked extra salad, pickles, onion and pepper. You loaded the sandwich as I asked. Great job! The sandwich was ready when I arrived and I didn't have to wait in the 6 person line!"

"Disappointed not only did they not have meatballs for the third time but the employee would not give me time to make my selection. "Last night was the worse case of customer service ever! Three girls working..the first two were big the checkout was terrible. Rude. I had a few vouchers if you would buy a sub, get free chips or drink or a cookie. Katie was her name, who knocked her out of my hands, then threw 1 back n said she could only have worked 2 of them one per foot long id baught 3 all my coupons. Then I asked about my cookies id ordered very rudely said that they do not keep sick they go in the other pocket.. I was mocked by such a terrible customer service. My grandson is 7 and he cried when he assumed he got the free little drink, he even said how rude the girl was that I had to apologize to him. If you hate your job so much and it showed a lot yesterday evening, why are you in customer service. My son never says anything about anyone's service he did last night. I don't know if it's the young girls or the second shift, but I or we were just tied with Katie and her non-professional behavior. We weren't rude to her. That doesn't make our business important. Very disappointed perhaps the management team should check in with the girls or 2nd layer..fyi one night we were not told bread, but the girls were happy to close early, no signs waited nothing our order and then said no bread smh! And the bread was burned!! And very rubbery could not eat the other half of the sub just the vegetables and small amount of meat with a fork. Maybe. I just have to call to see who works and that's not fair for me because I'm a paying customer. I never had problems with the subway. It is always clean good service and nice customer service friendly. Very disappointed last night!!! I'm not trying to discourage someone not going to the subway, it's just my experience last night, it'll take a while before I go along, a person will make the whole shift and crew and management team look bad, because that's sad. I usually don't post bad reviews, but this girl needs a reality check on customer service, or if she hates her job so bad, turn off customer service. To the management team, the girl that catches this on your attention, I do not provide any personal information, she knows how to reach. Thank you management team for the treatment of the question."

"We eat at Subway often so I thought it would be safe to do a catering order for my group of 50. I ordered 5 boxes of subs. VERY disappointing. The sandwiches were just bread and meat NO cheese or anything else! It was embarrassing. In retrospect I should have asked more questions but the photos of the catered sandwiches looked good so I ASSUMED. I talked to a manager later and he said there should have been cheese but that I should have ordered some other kind of platter for vegs to be included."

"I did a mobile order I specifically put on the mobile order that I needed it for my husband's lunch around 12:15 I place the order for 12:15 I got there at 12:16 and I did not leave there or did my food get made until 12:25 did not leave until about 12:35 what's me and my husband late going back on his break and unable to eat lunch not impressed I place this order around 11:00 for this principal that you guys that they get busy around that time I should not have to wait at all they should have had it ready. Highly disgusted will never order around lunch time again have never had problems up until now I ate this at least twice a week during my whole nine months pregnancy the subs were always great they were always done in a timely manner the people making it was always courteous and respectful my subs were always made professionally now I am waiting around the subs are not made in a timely manner whatsoever the ones making it are rude and the subs are very sloppy made. For a $40 order addition to happen. Will be contacting management I will be calling corporate. I ordered extra got charged for extra and got one extra slice of meat this is not okay."
