"Subway undeniably does have good tasting food. But I'm very disappointed in the amount of meat you get on any given sandwich. Even the veggies have been cut back. Price keeps going up too. Not good for business. Terrible for my wallet too. Looks like it's time to cut down on eating here. Staff were great. Very busy. Quick service was also good. And like I said, the food was great. Overall I give it a four."

"52 of us stopped here on an Amtrak bus, unannounced, and with only 45 minutes to get everyone through. The three employees behind the counter were friendly, patient, competent, and quick on there feet. When we were standing in line winding 20 ft out the front door I commented to my wife that they were never going to get everyone through in time; I was as wrong as wrong gets. In fact, they got everyone through with time to spare. Hats off to the team at this Subway they performed exceptionally well under pressure."

"Very much not happy with the way the little boy working today 5/18/23 around 2:45pm rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breath as me and my son walked in. I asked him what was said and he of course said nothing. Then said he was just angry he had made a sub 35 minutes ago and still hadn't eaten it. There was a whopping one person inside. He was not busy. But none the less. Very very rude!! I left to allow him to eat his sub he was clearly too busy to tackle and let him know somebody else could have our money. But definitely needs to be taught better customer service."

"Ordered a BLT with American cheese, mayo on Italian bread. Received bread so hard it busted had to be old. Only thing on sandwich was bacon and mayo. Called back to complain they said you have to request tomorrow and lettuce ! And said they couldn't do anything about it. !!!! BLT IS BACON LETTUCE TOMATO!!!!! My lunch today sucked. They will not get another chance to disappoint. We ordered 12 sandwiches 6 were made wrong. Chicken instead of tuna, onions when no onions were ordered, lettuce onions and other veges on sandwiches that weren't ordered. Sad they just lost my business. Westville Subway is horrible"

"I only gave two stars because the sandwiches are good, but everything else was a letdown. I visit this place often and have used their coupons in the past. This time, I went specifically because I had a buy one, get one free footlong coupon from their advertisement. I accidentally tore the coupon a bit down the middle while ripping it out instead of using scissors. When I presented it, they refused to accept it due to the tear. They even showed me a coupon that was neatly cut out and insisted that was the only way they accept them, implying that I was trying to use a previously used one. Seriously? I've never done that in my life. I explained that I had just taken it from the ad, but they still wouldn’t accept it. I don’t know who scavenges through trash for Subway coupons, but come on. In the end, I told them I probably wouldn’t be coming back and left."

"One of the best views of any subway I've ever had. Only at the Bering Sea, this place, although only another subway in taste, service and price (not complaining about a little high price, is the Nome), has the best view through the windows. Nome is famous for birdwatching and where else you could eat a six inch and get excited, not that the sub is from the world, but you saw a rare bird flying over."
