"Five stars just for the salad as i did not make the order and i did not interact with the staff. But the salad was incredible. Very very tasty beyound the yummy ranch and barbecue flavors. "I know Chop Stop since they opened their first store in Burbank and it is my go to place for Salads! But this store in Northridge is special store for their staff, Coolest people I assume CSUN students very good attitude and energetic yet super professional. No i am not a friend nor a cousin of any of them But I think just like good food, good Service has to be recognized and appreciated. "We've been a client of this place for a long time. The prices we pay do not correspond to the prices they show. When we drew attention to them, they had no explanation. There the register/terminal program does not match the displayed prices. Either we will refund the difference or you will lose a customer. We received an email from their management team that we calculate Uber Pricing incorrectly. A refund has been credited to our account and we are back to being happy customers. It might be best to use this as a lesson learned. If it happened to us, it probably happened to others."
