"I know Chop Stop since they opened their first store in Burbank and it is my go to place for Salads! But this store in Northridge is special store for their staff, Coolest people I assume CSUN students very good attitude and energetic yet super professional. No i am not a friend nor a cousin of any of them But I think just like good food, good Service has to be recognized and appreciated. So thank You, young lady that fixed my order and helped me choose a salad for my wife. Whoever is the hiring manager at the location is doing good job. Just please keep hiring cool, smiley kids ."

This is my go-to spot for delicious and crisp chopped salads. It's incredibly refreshing! The Chop Stop location I visited served the food quickly and the staff was very polite. I definitely plan on returning soon. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

NOT FRESH! If you like soggy old salad this is the place for you! The customer service was poor and the salad was even worse. Seems like the the salad has been sitting around a long time. Don’t waste your money or time salad is to be enjoyed fresh not thrown in a pot and drenched in store bought dressing.

Unfortunately, this must be their worst branch. I love the vegan chopburito, but this location has not met the usual standard. The last few orders I've had included stale, hard rice either mixed in or missing altogether. On top of that, I have also left without all the necessary ingredients. The prices here are higher than at other locations. I have decided not to order from this branch again.
