"I am writing this list to GrubHub not OK Cafe. After getting an email stating my pie had been deducted, through a phone call I was told it would be included (which it was). Unfortunately, they still left the second dessert (my wife's cake) off the delivery. Rest of food was great but driver apparently did not read or follow directions that there should be TWO desserts."

"We ordered at the bar and the bartender was great-informative and helpful. When we received our food we asked about napkins and forks and as they walked away they said oh yeah, it's over there and never came back. We ordered a bbq pizza and there was hardly any meat on the pizza. The pasta was bland. The best food was the fries. Very disappointed!"

"I really enjoy the fact that you can get more than just barbecue the quesadilla was amazing I really enjoyed the jambalaya I plan on checking out the catfish and shrimp tonight overall I love when a new restaurant pops up in a really really good I just can't get over the five dollar delivery fee that's a bit much"

"They pot roast tasted burnt and the gravy had no flavor. There were bones In The chicken quesadilla and it was greasy. My order was not fixed correctly. The potato salad had a grainy texture. I am so surprised! I have eaten there 2 times before. Had loaded baked potatoes and they were great!! The chicken was amazing! Best I ever had!"

"My favorite place to take my family when it comes to dinning in the mall. I do miss the days when they were in the old location in the mall because I how they used sing and dance along to the music. The food and the atmosphere is always superb. This place deserve more than 5 stars? that how great is. From the managers to the servers everything is great. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know who come visit Syracuse."

"The service was slow and we were ignored for a long time before getting an order. When we moved to the bar after it being super slow the bartender still got my order incorrect. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3"

"So if you work at or near Grissom Aeroplex or driving past on US 31, this little place is worth a stop. Friendly staff, excellent homemade food--burgers are awesome."
