"The Johnny rockets in Buffalo loved and was so excited to find one in Syracuse, we get there and the first thing I noticed, it's not a jukebox on the table. That one of the things Johnny rockets is known, we asked the waitress where the jukeboxes are on the table? She said why would we have juice boxes on the table? We said no jukeboxes, and she had no idea what we were talking about. The waiting staff no longer dances and instead of playing music from the 50s or 60s, they played music from the 80s. The first time here and LOVED it!! Our server, Jamaal, was amazing and what a sense of humor. I wanted to put him in my togo box. LOL the food was absolutely delicious! I'm back.

There were only 3 people in the restaurant, so I decided to eat there. The food came less than 5 minutes. So I said to the waitress who was fast. Yeah, it was so fast because I think they gave me food. The frits were warm and the meat didn't even look real, with a fat bun. That's not the JR I remember. Unfortunately, I'm not back. The food was choking.

My favorite place to take my family when it comes to dinning in the mall. I do miss the days when they were in the old location in the mall because I how they used sing and dance along to the music. The food and the atmosphere is always superb. This place deserve more than 5 stars? that how great is. From the managers to the servers everything is great. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know who come visit Syracuse.
