"Service was 2/5 but overall experience and food 5/5 Party of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) for a surprise birthday took over 2 hours after being seated to be served dinner and items were still forgotten about. No water was brought to the table, bread crumbs were never scooped off like we typically experience with our dining here, service was a bit slow, we ended up being the last table left in our section, and we came earlier than the others around us .. sounds horrible, BUT the staff and manager were attentive after we let them know about the wait time. Management went and checked with the kitchen multiple times, additional wait staff came to check on us periodically. The food that came out was cooked to perfection! We were comped a good portion of our bill and left with free desserts for the entire table to take home. The manager really did go above and beyond and rectified the situation I felt was fair. Granted, out 7:30 reservation had us finishing dinner around 10:50 but overall, I was happy with the experience. It was a one off for us, things happen, we’re all human, I’d highly recommend and will be going back."
