"we are regular Chris customers of ruth at 51. street nyc location for over 25 years. we had a great dinner. this restaurant has been on the decline for several years and I have the impression that there has been a management change since my last visit. the service had become sluggish and sometimes hastened, they would show up with their steaks while they were throwing through their appetizers that no one would annoy me. the clientel has also taken off quality and wise and it became a freak show. last night was much better. the steaks were thrown back on hot plates (this is an RC brand and for several years they came without the sizzle) the service was friendly and attentive and the overall...
