"I often command from here. I am very picky when it comes to fish, but the fish here is always fresh and tasty. The salmon is freshly filled and baked. The sole is freshly baked and fried. The shrimp salad is made with cut large shrimps not tiny from a can. The tuna plate is very considerable. Cheesecake is always delicious. The people who deliver are always fast and friendly. "I was led to believe that this is being fed well before we went to the ballet. location was excellent for the ballet the noise level was very acceptable, the service was nice, we had a really nice waitress. the food was unlustful and did not feel fresh. salate very acid salate accompanied by for a very small unseasoned beats medium the char in pergament paper was surprisingly dry and unsalted seasoned. three people who had a reasonable meal at $300 had no good feeling. I also found the weeping list very limited and the cocktails to inspire."

"Went for lunch after walking through Brooklyn bridge. What a delight! Cozy American dinner decor, The services is fast, friendly and comfortable. The menu is HUGE! See photo, so hard to choose from many selections! We end up ordered omelette and Mexican chips avocado dipping. It is pricy chip but the best I had. Highly recommend! We also had cheese cake for desert, original flavour, the serving size is huge."

"Good food, but questionable customer service. I ordered an ice cream coffee, server asked if I refused vanilla and I. We were accused of additional costs for vanilla anyway, and the cashier seemed not satisfied with changing it. What was changed to $4... when we came back, they seemed even less happy to change that. It's a trivial amount of money, but it's the principle. Good and fair customer service would make it right without trouble or attitude. Edit: not sure how to react to the owner's response below. This happened today at 11:30 am at the San Mateo site, and we have dived. Take the offer, but don't worry about the ice cream, we won't return. Just make sure your workers have a good morality."

"I thought I was going to pay 11.25 for a salmon Benedict and however much for a cup of black coffee, but my bill was $24+. Their list of breakfast specials was covered by patio furniture and their menu has a section listed as breakfast specialties which are NOT breakfast specials. The hostess said many customers have been confused by this which begs the question why haven’t they fixed their menu or made this clear for clientele? Just confirm prices before you order! I have no issues paying $24 for my breakfast but I think it’s manipulative to not be clear about menus/prices. As a Bgame native, I won’t go back. Also, I could see that the shredded cheese that was pulled out from the kitchen was moldy at the bottom of the container so definitely not fresh…"

The portions are slightly smaller and the prices are a bit higher, but perfect for a special evening out. The Yellowtail Jalapeno appetizer was fantastic. "I came in to town for a friend, I noticed right away the architecture of the building, rather nice and interesting design. I had option of inside or outdoor dining. I decided with current times to try outside, I was very impressed with the customer service and comfort of sitting outside. It was a enjoyable experience, amazing people watching area. The food was incredible. I have horrible food allergies so I inquired about the Panko chicken strips and if they can make another way for breeding. They were very understanding and made with flour instead. I'm super impressed they were able to accommodate me in such a way. The food portions are decent. The frys are some of the best I've had and I've ate frys all over the country. I'm coming back again for sure. Definitely worth every penny. You won't be sorry."

"Great place for a quick cheap bite to eat. It is a random spot for a diner, but worth the visit. I have been going here since it was the old Tok's. The food, service, atmosphere is always a good time. It is a throwback to the 50's diners of yester-years. You can play the juke box. Your waitress will generally come in a poodle skirt. Then there is that good, old timey diner food. It never disappoints."

"We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was empty so we were seated quickly. We were greeted almost immediately by our server and started with just some coffee. We decided on scrambled eggs with cheese, grits and Canadian bacon. I asked for cheddar with my eggs but I don't think that's what I got. I only eat cheddar on my eggs so unless it was some exotic, overseas and organic cheddar, that wasn't cheddar. It was very bitter and tart and I just wound up scraping it off my eggs so I could get through my meal. It tasted between provolone ans swiss. But the rest of the meal was enjoyable. Despite the heat wave outside it was comfortable inside and as customers began to trickle in you could see this was a favorite local spot. The restroom was clean and well stocked with paper towels and tissue. And we were even gifted a small box of cookies when we left."

"We decided to try Sunday Brunch.. we did AYCE w/ cocktails only being $0.25 each. Food was deeeeelicious!! I had their **** Mary and it had the perfect amount of kick to it. My Hubby and friends tried a few of their other cocktails/mimosa loved it as well. We decided on this brunch location due to a recommendation. Only wish we had a heads up of how small the tables were since we had 4 adults and 4 kids (5 under). It was a bit of a mess with the kids but other than that, it was great!! Hoping we can get a babysitter next time so we can really enjoy this spot!!"

"We went for Valentine? Day and it was absolutely amazing. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak and potatoes. Our server name was Maggie and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was so fast and had great communication! She literally made the night go so smooth and we felt so well maintained. The tavern is very happy to have it, and I recommend an increase if you have not already been given. After the pandemic it is really hard to find people who want to work, let alone actually take care of the people they serve and they are definitely a diamond in the rough! She was so friendly and very attentive will return with only one request that we have Maggie as our server! RECOMMENDATION!!!"

"We walked in and the hostess told us there were no tables available even though only one table in the entire restaurant was occupied and everything else was empty. We were given the option to sit at the bar or outside when it was raining hard. We sat at the bar but I felt like I had been cheated so I called the restaurant on my mobile phone from the bar and the hostess told me that the restaurant was open seating and that tables were available if I walked in and that they only accept reservations for parties of 5+. This made me feel very disappointed and I went up to her and asked her if she could sit us at a table to which she flatly told us no table is available even though I could see at least half the restaurant still had empty tables.By that time my partner had ordered the Tuscan white bean bacon and kale soup which was very watery and lacked flavor. We paid and left but won’t be returning to this place for sureThe city of Danville will not be getting my business anytime soon if ever!"
