"Really upset. We have dinner tonight and ordered two 6 pieces of chicken finger plates with big peach pies. When we moved into the window, the girl came into the window and we asked if she could put ketchup, honey mustard and tongue burner sauce in the pocket. She said they had no ketchup or tongue notch that was good, so I asked if we could have BBQ instead and asked for cutlery. She rolled her eyes and went away to get our food. After she gave us our food, she closed the window (we don't have our drinks) we sat for a second and finally she came back into the window? Oh, I have to forget your drinks? we said and waited for her to bring us our drinks. She comes back and they are two different sizes (a medium, a big one) we paid for big oh and the cherry upstairs she was red hi c not peach sprite. I understand that mistakes happen, but our beverage order was even written on the receipt. To add it, we didn't have any cutlery after we asked it in the pocket for our Koleslaw. All in all, her attitude was enough to not come back."
