"Cute little place that felt like a blast from the past. One of those sit anywhere there's an open table kinda places. As soon as we did, the waitress came immediately over. Hot coffee was given a minute later as well as our food order. Waitress was personable and answered all the questions about the menu. Yes, they do serve their entire menu all the time. Not long later, our food came. Portions were a good size. I really loved the Monkey Hill breakfast, and the biscuit was nice and buttered on the grilled. Loved the extra flavor that gave the flaky biscuits. Really glad I got the gravy on the side though since it was flavorless and didn't add anything to the biscuits at all. My friend wasn't impressed with her corned beef, but we both enjoyed our eggs. I loved the Belgian waffle and will definitely order that again. I could smell it when she was bringing it over, and it was so good while it was still hot. Bathrooms are unisex and clean. There's also a sign in there to let then know if it's missing anything. By the time we left (10 am on Sun), there was only one empty table and a couple of bar stools open. I would suggest getting here early on the weekends to avoid a wait! 1 star off because I was charged for something I ended up canceling and not getting. I originally ordered a side of grits, but the waitress convinced me we would have plenty of food. She was right since I ended up boxing half of the waffle and Monkey Hill. However, I still got charged for it. The parking lot is also really tight if you don't get there early enough to score a spot. Think there's only 10 spots that filled up really quick."

"I rarely write reviews, but I had a bad experience at this restaurant twice, years apart. Both times, the staff were rude and unhelpful. The woman at the front counter didn't even speak to me. When I placed my order with the chef, my card was returned without a word. Another customer asked a question about her meal and was met with anger from the staff. To top it off, there was a cockroach crawling near my feet when I sat down. I will never be returning to this place and will be contacting the health department. There are plenty of other seafood restaurants in Memphis to choose from. Avoid this place and find somewhere where customers are treated better."

"For those who are in the Grand Superior Lounge (or not) there is a great restaurant to eat if you don't feel like going to the city. I had breakfast / lunch at 10:30. Breakfast is served until 11 a.m. My food was delicious and huge portions. Special if you want to order a supplement. We order a coffee, Egg Benedict and Avocado toast and sausage and pancakes for the side. Overall was great place and good food. The staff was nice and helpful. Very recommended"

"Never been here before but my bf and I wanted breakfast at 1:15pm. Not many good places serving breakfast that late. Google recommended Easy street Cafe, 5 minutes away, decided I'd give it a try. I got the breakfast sampler and my boyfriend got the chicken fried chicken. It was probably THE BEST breakfast either of us have had in a long time. They were super welcoming even though we showed up 30 minutes before closing! I tried my bfs steak and it was hands down the best chicken fried chicken I've had ANYWHERE. I ordered the grits as well, which are easy to mess up. Once again, it was cooked perfectly, everything was still steaming when it got to our table. Better than mamas daughters cafe, korner cafe, IHOP, Denny's, all of those combined. We got two big meals, extra sides, and drinks for $20. You cant beat that for how amazing it was."

"I have eaten a couple of meals here. Staff is friendly. I have never seen an ad for it but it always had people in it. Waitress Sally recommended the fish fillet, which was really good. She said people have it for breakfast all the time, which makes sense because their standard breakfast is only like $5! It was lightly breaded and perfectly fried. Delicate flavor, not fishy. I will have this from now on. Sunny side up eggs were perfect. You can have swirl rye bread on the side with breakfast. They have real hash browns, not our take on hash browns. I had the cinnamon swirl pancake, which is caramelized on the griddle. Unique. The picture is the one I took to my boy and he gave it a rare thumbs up, very good. It is funny that people wait in line at the Wendy 's in front of this hidden gem when there is a better burger inside. So it was all good. I have to mention the fish filet again. I did not see it on the menu, so it may be limited quantities. Waitress may recommend this to you to when they have it, in which case, get it, even if you are not a fish person, because I am not. Place is a real delight."

"I'm sorry, no pictures I had the sausage gravy and cookies and 1 pancake. some of the best pancakes I had. our waitress Zui was so helpful and encouraged me to taste her homemade hot sauce. it was really good. husband had the 2 meat bowl and needed a little more seasonal, but overall not bad. the prizes were great and so much to eat. if you're hungry, it's your own fault."

"New owners and my first time were fantastic. They simply hold it with paper utensils, I ordered a gyro olmlette with all vegetables and one side of the sausage gravy and it was perfectly cooked. The vegetables were just right and lots of meat. Also homemade engraving,i will be back for more especially because after graduation I was so pleased that I ordered a patty melt - which was so good for omg to die it was hand pattie not a frozen pattie (I was hungry and it soon became lmao at noon) and yesterday I ate it there after my first meal. The waitresses are very grateful for the cook."
