"We left the restaurant disappointed this time. I truly think this is the best value restaurant on the Phoenix metro areas west side. Almost always excellent food and service. This time was much different. We had to send back one of our meals and sides. The steak was overcooked to medium well medium rare was requested and one of the sides was cold. Service was not timely. Please note that this was an anomaly. I believe this was a direct result of the opening of restaurants by our governor, lack of staffing due to COVID, and an understandable inability to obtain the necessary staff to cope with the influx of patrons. We will continue to visit AHG but, will wait a few more months until the climate settles down"

"It has been a while since I have been to Baldwin but was in the area scouting for Pizza Hunters App. Customer service was amazing. Positive experience at the counter. Super friendly and helpful. Had the Margarita slice which was very good. This is a big slice with a big crust. Solid on all categories. Not sure the big crust would grade the highest in tournament competition, but it was above average for sure. I will be going back soon to sample other slices for sure."

"I made a reservation for our anniversary, they called to confirm! The staff was so accommodating from the moment we walked in. The sides were delectable (mushroom risotto was so yummy! and the salad bar was fresh and stocked. They took pride in the beauty of the experience right down to the salt and pepper grinders on each table. I was so amazed at the quality of the food. Each and every piece of red meat I tasted was decadent and mouth watering. The sea food was flavored to perfection. The passadors were so helpful and happy! We had a wonderful time!!"

"We found Mangia walking through the city and stopped to recharge our energy, the place is lovely and the service is excellent, especially the guys at the counter. We were a group of 10 people and they served us perfectly (with all that comes with a large group, not knowing what they want, changing their mind, ordering special things, etc). Definitely a really good experience, as soon as I return to NYC, I will be back."

"At one point, this place was really good. The food always came fresh, and they had excellent customer service. But recently, they've underwent new management, and to say the least, the service is extremely disappointing. About a week ago, I made on anonline order for delivery, and the store contacted me, telling me that I needed to pick up my food. The lady who called me wasunprofessional, and I had to remind her to pay me back the delivery fee they charged me on the website. When I picked up myorder from the store, my chicken wings were stale, and the fries were soggy. The egg rolls tasted refried, and none of the foodwas fresh. I've also ordered bubble tea, but when I arrive at the store, they tell me that it wasn't available, and offered asoda as replacement."

"I went to a baby shower there. I dont know about these Yelp events? The restaurant is divided into three sections. The first is the bar, The there is bar seating and then there is a bigger room. For this event the bigger room was over crowded so we sat in the bar seating which was in my opinion so much more comfortable because of the booth like seating. The wait staff was personable and the food which was sleected by the hosts of the event was actually very good."

"While visiting NJ we were blessed to find this lovely place! As Italians, we take our food seriously and Bella's was wonderful! The atmosphere, the food, the service. We were seated next to a lovely couple (Bob and his GF who are regulars and they were so lovely. Though we had just met, it felt like we had known them for years! They treated us like family and were so generous. My husband and I left with tears in our eyes as we were told they paid our check! Now that is hard to come by! Bella sei bella dentro e fuori! "We have been ordering from this restaurant for many years, at least once every two weeks. However, the quality of the food and service has significantly declined in our last few orders. The woman who answered the phone was unprofessional, lacked people skills and business etiquette. Our last order was completely messed up and when we called to have it corrected, she shifted all the blame to us and refused to make any changes. Due to this experience, we have decided that it will be the last time we order from this restaurant. If they continue to employ such rude staff, they will surely lose a significant amount of business."
