"We left the restaurant disappointed this time. I truly think this is the best value restaurant on the Phoenix metro areas west side. Almost always excellent food and service. This time was much different. We had to send back one of our meals and sides. The steak was overcooked to medium well medium rare was requested and one of the sides was cold. Service was not timely. Please note that this was an anomaly. I believe this was a direct result of the opening of restaurants by our governor, lack of staffing due to COVID, and an understandable inability to obtain the necessary staff to cope with the influx of patrons.
