"We returned to The Commodore after having written a negative review of them on Yelp. The manager contacted me and wanted us to give them another try so he sent us a $100 gift card. Our last review was mostly positive about the food, it was the service that had been a problem. Last Friday, March 13th, we went back to give the restaurant another try. As far as we know, they didn't know that we had complained in the past and were going to use the gift card from them. This time, our server, Jossette, was very friendly, prompt and helpful. She was also very patient and knowledgable, giving us descriptions of the items on the menu. For entrees, our group ordered the Lamb Chops, the Mushroom Stroganoff with chicken and the Pan-Seared Chicken and each of the entrees was well seasoned and delicious! For dessert, we ordered the chocolate bavarian cream and the Bourbon Pecan Semi Freddo and both were wonderful! After a slight (but quickly cleared up) issue with the gift card machine, we were given our desserts on the house. We were very impressed with our visit this time and can't wait to go back."
