"This is a very nice cozy restaurant. The staff was inviting and attentive. Took no time to be seated and was served warm tasty bread and butter to start off. The waiter took our order timely and made small talk which was nice. I ordered chicken Marsala with vegetables which was delightful to my taste buds. My significant other ordered the chicken Parmesan and he said it was made just right, the tomato sauce taste light fresh and flavorful like the waiter said it was made from their veggie garden. We ordered Expresso Martinis and Lychee Martinis that taste very good and made well which gave us a nice buzz. We are happy we found Oscar’s Italian restaurant and plan to make our go to spot. It was a great experience and I like how personal I felt there. We got to meet the Owen/ Chef who took time to come out and greet us. The staff made our experience a very good one being assertive and on time with every thing making sure we was happy. Thank you Oscar’s"

"It was a pleasure to work with Oscar to plan a rehearsal dinner for my son and new daughter in law! Communication was excellent as we have the menu and the headcount together. The party itself was wonderful! The staff was attentive to all our guests, and the food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was excited about how good everything was. Thanks to our lead waiter Daniel, who ensured that everything went smoothly, and a BIG thank you to Oscar, whose food, staff and restaurant gave us a party to remind us."

"Gus’s is my favorite place to eat. Whenever it is my turn to pick where to go, here is where I pick. However I went by myself yesterday and it was horrible. Worst of all, no one cared. It was a very bad experience for me. The food tasted great and it came out in a decent time frame. However the silverware was dirty and the service was terrible. The waitress told me they had brussel sprouts but she was wrong and just brought me mixed vegetables that I did not order nor want. She never came back to see if things were good and my water was empty the entire time. I wanted a to go order which was a huge issue and I had to ask for the check which I was overcharged. Overall she was the worst waitress I ever had at Gus’s. When I went to leave I told Kelly that the food was good but the service was lousy. Instead of her asking what happened she became argumentative and said that I had one of their best servers. She then gave my credit card to a young man and walked off. So she also gave me bad customer service. Yvette left who was one of their best servers thank goodness Becky is still there. If I go back I will request Beckys area because she always gives excellent service and in return I give her an excellent tip. I tried to call and talk to someone about my experience and was told that besides Kelly everyone was in Greece till the end of July. Shame on Gus’s for treating a customer who has been loyal for years. Like a bother and as if I did something wrong. Good food, terrible customer service !"

"Great service ! And we had the seafood platter for 2-3 but it could have fed 4. Oyster appetizer was perfect and wine prices are reasonable. Overall our dinner was nice in the lovely courtyard and food was good."

"Hidden gem: Peruvian/Chinese fusion cuisine. Spanish-speaking Chinese family who immigrated to the U.S. from Peru! Who woulda thought? This place is da bomb-digity! You gotta try the South American style chicken. I always get the half chicken with fried rice plantains when I visit this neighborhood. Very inexpensive reasonably priced...dare I say cheap. Locals go here, not touristy at all. Keep this place a local secret before the prices go up and gets ruined."
