"We love Italian Bistro and were so excited to try the new location in Hampstead. Unfortunately the young woman working the register was lacking in customer service and was very rude, even in front of the manager (who did nothing to reprimand her), so we will not be back to this location. I had asked for no red onion on either my pizza or my salad, it came on both. Picked it off the salad fine, and off the pizza, but then the pizza was raw. I went up to the counter to nicely let them know, and the young woman instantly had an attitude and started arguing with me. I said, I don 't know why you 're being so rude, but either way, though I said no red onion, the dough is not cooked . The manager offered to remake it and I said thank you. But the attitude of the young woman at the front and the fact that management let her speak to customers like that, is why we won 't be back. We will take our $10 gift card to the Porters Neck location. Side salad and app were great! (Remade pizza was burnt)"
