"The food had good flavors, but the new owners need to improve the quality of their ingredients. The bread was dry and was some cheap bread out of the grocery store, the croutons on the Caesar salad came out of box, the lamb in the vindaloo curry was tough and grisly. The staff was all dressed in shirts and slacks, the maitre’d greets you in an Adidas TShirt. Very tacky. We hope this restaurant irons out these details and improves over time as this has been our favorite local spot for over 20 years. Next time we will stick with some of the stand by dishes that have held on from when this was Szmania’s."
