"This restaurant has changed hands a few times over the past few years after being Szmania's for a long-time and was a fixture of Magnolia Village. Not a lot has changed with the restaurant itself or the menu other than the addition of some Indian dishes that were quite delicious. The biggest change, at least from my visit, was the service. The restaurant wasn't very busy but our food took almost 45 minutes. Szmania's was known for their excellent service and combined with the food, justified the higher prices. Magnolia's Restaurant Lounge needs to shore this up if they want to survive long-term."

Very good food. It is expensive so I would suggest probably going there to celebrate this special occasion. The service was impeccable. Our server, Brian was very friendly and offered suggestions for other things to do while in Charleston.

This is our neighborhood restaurant that has new ownership. They kept a number of popular dishes, and added some Indian dishes, which we love. Service was very good, and it was fun to try some of the new items on the menu. We will return to try some other new dishes.
