"Nakama is one of my favorite places and I usually go once a month. However, the most recent time I went the food tasted different. I heard there is new management who has changed some of their recipes. The onion soup used to be my favorite but now is spicy with little taste. The flavor of the steak sauce had also been dampened. The original recipes were definitely better. The other people we were seated with had the same thoughts. Overall, our sushi and main courses were still very good. Just upset with the minor changes that have affected my overall experience."

"The octopus was very tender and good. The roasted carrots was good also. The salmon entree was cooked to perfection tender inside and not dry at all. Loved the panna cotta dessert. Nice ambiance."

"Our Sunday brunch was very good at Central Bar in Bellevue. I like the location and their outside seating is well appointed with white linens and a nice breeze on a warm day. Our service was slow but so is everywhere else due to the shortage of workers/covid. Food was good but I would not say it was perfection my side dishes were already cooled by the time they were delivered to our table. My omelet was delicious and tasted homemade the ham they use has a lot of flavor and is tender. I would go back - It is a nice central location with good food! Thx!"

"we have a table reserved for 9 to celebrate the birthday of my mannes. the table was ready when we arrived, and our server was excellent. my 3-year-old enkelin had several requests and the server went out of the way to serve us all well, including extras for my enkelin to keep them happy. everyone had a great time and enjoyed eating. "I’ve literally been eating here for years, and I’ve been a customer since they owned the previous location near wawa. I’ve read some reviews saying how it is unwelcoming here and I’d just like to say that the owners have been nothing but nice to me, they ALWAYS say hello, and are decent people. The food is so good, and it’s very clean at the restaurant, I’ve never been unsatisfied! Also, I’d like to point out that they are only human, some days are busy but they do their best to run the business and accommodate customers as quickly as they can. Delivery has never been a problem for me either. If you are wondering If you should try this place out, the answer is yes!"

"We were very dissapin in our experience that is too bad because we had very good experiences in the past. Getting food was very slow, the duck with buns took forever to get, and when it came, the duck was cut into large bone pieces and since the buns are so small, there is no way that this works. Why don't they take the meat from the bones? We ordered the damped fish and couldn't eat it. The smell was very fishy. It was definitely not fresh and should never have been served. When we ordered our food, the restaurant was not very full and we waited and waited. I went back to the kitchen and saw that nothing was cooked. We called our server and asked what's going on. He told us they wait for the fish before they start the rest of the meal. Whoever heard of such a thought, the Chinese restaurant. The food comes when it comes. Don't make sense. What a shame. Very good. Fortunately, we live in Oakland and there are many good restaurants to choose from."

"Very welcoming space. There is a pleasant buzz of activity and energy in the restaurant, but it is not so loud that you can't hold a conversatoin. Servers are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The food selection is varied and appealing. They have fresh, tasty sushi. Everyone in our party of six enjoyed their entrees. The desserts, especially the chocolate cake are outstanding. It was an enjoyable evening. While we didn't sit outside they have a great patio that would be ideal for happy hour or a casual dinner. We will be returning."

"It was really good! The meat was well cooked and was also a good cut. They had a decent amount of options on the menu, not to big to not decide, but small enough for the restaurant to perfect the dishes. It was a little expensive, though, and the bread they serve is nothing compared to Central Market's bread. They also didn't have any drinks that weren't alcoholic, other than water, which was slightly disappointing. The restaurant had a nice vibe as well, definitely a place to go if you're looking for warm, filling food but don't want to go somewhere cheep."
